Throughout my sessions, I like to capture the natural and candid moments that make your family unique. I strive to create a comfortable and relaxed environment so that you can be yourself and enjoy the experience.
Your main priority when choosing an outfit is that you are comfortable! A lot of the time there will be movement, especially with children in the session. I would choose a natural colour scheme for your session. You can look on Pinterest and see which colours go with each other. Or you can check out my portfolio to see what other clients have worn.
You can book your session by messaging me through email, instagram and facebook. I usually have my availability on my instagram highlight for you to check out too.
You won't miss out on your photoshoot! If it is raining we will reschedule to a day that works for both of us. You could also choose to do your session at home (excluding mini sessions).
The best time to have a session would be in the first 3 weeks of your baby's life. It is also best for them to be sleepy or asleep during the photoshoot. However, you can do the photoshoot whenever you want to.
This depends on the package that you have booked. If you are receiving between 20-30 edited photos, it will usually take two weeks. If you are receiving 40+ photos, allow up to 4 weeks. This also depends on you though. In most sessions you will receive a gallery where you can then choose the photos that you want, then I finalise the edit on them. So, the quicker you choose your photos, the quicker you get them back.
I know pets are part of the family, so if you are having a session in your own home, pets can definitely be part of the photos. If you are having an outdoor session it will depend on the circumstances - some locations don't allow them. Please get in contact with me to discuss your options.
Of course you can! You will be sent a bunch of photos via online gallery and then you get to choose your photos. If you then want to purchase a few extra or the whole album we can discuss prices.
Yes! Having professional photos are an investment that you must take to ensure you capture those cherished memories. I believe that everyone should have that opportunity. If you want to book a session but are unable to pay the full amount, please contact me and we can discuss a payment plan.
When the booking is made you will be required to pay a deposit. This is a non-refundable fee. If you need to cancel a photo session, please provide 48hrs notice otherwise full payment will need to be made. If I need to cancel for any reason, I will provide a variety of different days and times to reschedule the session.
I usually have a few different spots that I use for certain sessions. When you book your session, you will be asked what kind of photos you are looking for and that includes the setting. You might want water, forest, mountains, long grass etc. I then will discuss where you are located and I will then try and choose a place that is either close to both of us or halfway. If you have an idea of where you want the photos, let me know and then we can determine whether the photos can be taken there.
